1. Upon Waking up 500ml
A person should drink one glass of water equals to 500ml after waking up. It will help to hydrate the body and will refresh the metabolism. Drinking water after waking up fuels the brain and can prevent the body from getting diseases.
2. 45 minutes after Breakfast 250ml
Drinking water right after breakfast can disturb the digestion system. Our food must be digested properly because if we drink instantly after eating, this pushes our food down due to which food do not get digest properly because solid food requires more digestion time then liquid food.
3. 15 minutes before Snack 250ml
